Fruits and vegetables – Are you aware that many fruits and veggies can really help you lose weight?  There are many nutrients in fruits and veggies that will actually stop your body from absorbing fats.  After that the fats are flushed out of your system through your sweat, or urine.  So now all you need to focus on is the fats that your body already contains.  Make sure that you have a big amount of fruits and veggies on your daily menu so that you can eat weight loss.
Calories - You can eat whatever you want.  This means the kind of food you want to eat, not how much. The trick here is that you keep track of the number of calories you consume. Do not starve yourself but make sure that you are taking in only what your body needs.  You will also need to stop eating junk food because it is just full of empty calories and more unhealthy sugars and fat.
